  22. My favorite McDonald’s item is currently the English McMuffin. Since they started the 24 hour breakfast, I started eating this sandwich and fell in love.

  36. My favorite mcdonalds item is the Bacon Egg & Cheese Bagel! Too bad it isnt on the all day breakfast menu!

  51. I always get a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with round egg and a tomato.. I used to work there as an older teenager for the morning shift, so I kind of made my own customized breakfast.. And it is still my favorite 🙂

  57. Filet o’ fish sandwich with no cheese and extra tartar sauce is my favorite thing to order at McDonald’s.
