Rebecca Wood says
I want to get fit enough to do normal activities without being injured. I have fibromyalgia, and I let it rule my life for a long time, so I am very out of shape. I have decided to take back by body and, with the permission of my doctor, want to start to exercise. However, I am wary of going to a gym because of finances and social anxiety and would much rather have the ability to work out at home. This would be a great thing for me!
